The idea of me spending time listening to interviews and reading reports etc is to begin a conversation between forum members.
As no one seems interested in adding to the thread, I am looking at not wasting any more of my time.
Full lanza turn out.
Come on Rovers
I heard the interview with the new lad.
I liked what I heard so lets hope he is up for it.
Thanks NY
You are very welcome Lanza.
Think there is no gsme Saturday NY.
Its tuesday against Walsall
Hope we get back to our winning ways tonight Yankee. I believe my the end of next month we'll know if we're capable of getting into the playoffs. With nearly all the top teams having to come to the Keepmoat we do have a great chance of climbing into the top 6.
Will be an interesting Meet the board next week.
Walsall games on Tuesday 4th February. So two home games before the meeting. Then 3 derby games
Yes, I forgot about the FA Cup, call it old age.
Wont be around tonight, bit too late for me.
Will be checking ASAP after bashing the alarm clock.
Enjoy the game gentlemen.
Your efforts are appreciated NY
I'll miss you Louth, but I am told you need your beauty sleep.
Effort always appreciated Yankee.
Think we've had this ref a few times. Can't remember if he's good or bad. Good I hope for a change. Oh dear sound like PD
Torn knee ligaments so in with my leg up.
Got Sky on and phone to watch this thread.
Come on Rovers.
Again no tannoy system in operation seems we can't get a decent engineer ๐ in all fairness you can hear the atmosphere instead of sheite music blaring out
The game is on, Bally rang me to say BBC had it as postponed. Wrong again.
Todays team
Stuckmann
Alcock, Lund, McCullogh, Taylor-Sinclair, Evina
Coppinger, Chaplow and Grant
Williams and Gooch.
Subs
Marosi, MacKenzie, Main, N'Guessan, Keegan,
Mandeville and Lecygne.
It's like when the lights failed at Goodison some years back. They couldn't get them back on until this little Chinese man said he could do it.
Get everybody to wave their hands in the air he said. Sure enough the lights came on.
Turns out that Confucious said, " MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK."
By the way thanks to everyone who told me we play Walsall next Tuesday.
Here we go again another calamitous goal๐
Gooch shoots, saved by Alnwick, Copps has a header saved. Port Vale counter and they score Leetch- Smith. Rovers 0 Port Vale 1.
Shiete.
Should be 2 down stuckmam with a great save with his feet
Kennedy has the ball in the area, shoots and Stuckmann makes a great save.
Alcock and Lund are struggling to keep tabs on Matt Kennedy signed on loan from Cardiff yesterday.
Taylor-Sinclair plays a ball across the goal but no Rovers player can get close.
Gooch crosses to Coppinger but the ball is cleared.
I have a question, when is Coppinger going to take advantage of all the chances he gets and score a goal.
Williams into Chaplow, but Alnwick came out and saved.
Coppinger to Gooch who puts it up for Chaplow who heads wide.
