Absolutely delighted. Forget the performance, we had a number of key players missing through injury, got done by the officials all evening and came up against a good stoke side that defended well.
The final in a month's time we will be stronger I hope, key players to return and possibly a new one in. One off game at Wembley anything can happen and they are normally impossible to predict.
What matters is that we are there, as you say nobody remembers semi finals in the years after. Will be a great day out at Wembley.

Game itself was dreadful in all fairness and clearly shows how average a side Liverpool are at the minute. In saying that I fancy you to go on an turn over either City or Everton.

He said the 1-0 was the 'least they deserved' at HT.
It was their only shot and it was offside but they 'deserved' to be more than 1-0 up
They produced a good away performance and probably just about warranted winning on the night (but only did because of bad officiating).
We deserved to go through the tie overall though.
The most dominant performance of the tie overall was our first half at Stoke when we really should have been two or three up at HT.

they were woeful.
they got a good bit of possession form terrible passing form us and rarely it was actually under pressure. i think the occasion got to henderson which is shocking.
they scored a clearly offside goal and van ginkel had only other chance and he handled it.
We were very very very poor and peopel are making out that it was anyhting but.
it was a 0-0 type of game the officials influenced but we crawled over the line
hughes needs to wake up. Klopp saw his side were totally out of it. He could take of toure and put lucas CB v crouch and walters and nothing came of it. He could stand milner RB in extra time to get another winger on and he could take off a CM to put benteke on and still stoke could not do anything
thats 3 attackers on for 2 defenders and a CM... if you did that v west ham you'd get mullered. simple as.

We all knew Crouch (as shown by his penalty miss), Johnson, and Adam wouldn't knowingly score against us and Butland wasn't going to score so we were beaten by 7 and 3/4 men.
That was painful to watch last night, highlighted by how poor our skipper was with his woeful passing, but he wasn't alone. I never thought I'd cheer to see him being subbed, but he had to go. I noticed him, post-match, hobbling into the dressing room, I don't envisage him playing on Saturday.
I thought Jurgen was going to pan Alberto at one stage such was his anger at the player.
It's all very well that we are headed to Wembley, but to put on another performance like that will be beyond embarrassment.
