Doesn't really matter anyway, 'best' is just a subjective opinion, not a stat.

Unique player.

Far too good to be playing in the Premier League.

Rumur in Madrid is that Perez is intent on shipping Ronaldo at the end of the season.

Ronaldos goals in the CL, how decisive are they and in what kind of game?

Where was ronaldo on the decisive clasico that suarez won for Barca? Thinking about how to score 5 against eibar or sporting gijon?

Thinking about how penalties he will score and how many of those silly star jump celebrations he can do from them probably.

Neymar us similar to Ronaldo. Both think about getting a goal under their names more than the team winning the game. Neymar was poor today. Messi Suarez Ronaldo and then Neymar for me.

Suarez is better than Ronnie for sure imo. Passed him in 2015

Ronaldo at Madrid has always been all about himself, regardless of whether or not that went in detriment of the team at times, and he hasn't been the only one with that attitude. It's an attitude that's worn off on most of the attacking players too...Bale, Isco, James, Higuaín when he was around...Benzema's the only one who's consistently looked to play for the team in that attack in recent times.

Barça's front three not only have world class skill sets, they also have a selflessness in their game that puts them well ahead of the rest.

I think he will win the European golden boot or whatever it's called. If Barca repeat the treble I think he will have a chance of the Ballon D'Or as well. We were priveleged to see him play on the Anfield turf.

He could certainly win the Golden Shoe, but I'd still make Ronaldo favourite for that.

But if Barca win the treble, Messi will invariably win the Ballon D'or. Suarez just isn't a popular figure given his antics. Lewandowski was voted ahead of Suarez for 2015 & Suarez wasn't even in the Top 23 for 2014.

Couldn't disagree more. He was the best of the three today imo, and has been pretty regularly this season.

Agree. Ronaldo is obsessed with self achievement. You can see it clearly at international level when he frequently shoots from 40 yards

Without Ronaldo, Madrid would have been irrelevant in the last 6-7 years.

Always felt that whilst Ronaldo is excellent he isn't in the same class as Messi for his all around game.

And as for now, i would definitely have Suarez ahead of Ronaldo these days.

Id argue that if Real moved on from Ronaldo and reinvested in a couple of Lewandowski type players then theyd have a better chance of matching/beating barca.

Kroos, Isco, James, Modric, Bale, Benzema are all phenomenal players. They can play an athletic, fluid, skillful and creative style of football. Benzema on song would fit perfectly into the front three at barca imo, i think there should be that balance and selflessnes at Real Madrid you mentioned. Im hoping zidane builds a team in his image.

I'm not even going off stats.

I've watched quite a few Barca games this season, and Suarez has games (not many) where he can look terrible on the ball.

Obviously still a great player though.

His reputation goes a long long way before him but he is a masterclass of our time.

Not a media favourite and as such in 20 years time in comparison to C. Ronaldo and Messi will just be another name in the books.

I've always found this with Suarez, while he was at Liverpool too, don't get me wrong I really rate him (higher than Ronaldo tbh rn), but every now and then he'll have a game where he just looks like Gervinho or something

It's all about the Tekkers.

Messi, Naymar and Ronaldo have more of 'it' than Suarez.

None have won a World Cup so they are not up with Zizu.

Its also worth remembering that its easy to score goals in la liga playing for the big boys. You will see 40 years of people with stats close to messi and suarez and ronaldo which could show these players are all overrated.

Every week its like one of englands big boys playing league 1 sides. Every side in the premier league has more money than the fourth and fifth biggest spainish sides. Imagine if costa, rooney or giroud played vs colchester every week. They would bang in 50 goals a season too. Espicially if they have amazing players behind them and 100% possesion.

So i look at their international records. Messi has never really done it there. His international record is average and in the big games he has gone missing. Same for ronaldo

Still all great players. Just all over rated to some extent because people dont understand how unfair money distribution is i spain
