The points tally will always be ok with TP in charge. That's never been or will be the issue. Obviously the playing style must improve though

We've won 7 out of 24 league matches so his average for this season is less than Steve Clarke's!

I'd have Clarke back in a heartbeat rather than the footballing anti-Christ we're saddled with right now !

I'd even prefer Pepe Mel !!!!

We've suffered Pulis - he's failed to move us on and he will be sacked.

I don't base my decisions based purely on stats so no. I've said several times on here that Pearson would be my choice.

Also, he wasn't sacked. He stepped down!

OK guys - some poetic licence on my part about Pearson. The perception is that he knows what he is doing. However most of last season he was everybody's favourite for the sack. His 75% record at the Albion cut no ice with Peace.
Ranieri certainly did things with Leicester that he couldn't do.
You seem to like betting Cox. I am prepared to bet you that Pearson will get sacked from his next job in football management.
Pulis is almost unique. His talent for getting the best out of ordinary players is unmatched.

Much of Leicester's success is based on what Pearson did. I'm sure Claudio would give him plenty of credit. Ranieri has built on that success rather than started it.

Pulis is unique indeed. Uniquely defensive. His talent is for making teams very hard to score against but he's tactically inept at creating 'good' attacking football.

Agreed Cox and you are right Pearson does deserve a lot of credit for his work at Leicester and was sacked through no fault of his own.
I appreciate Pulis' football is hard to watch and it does irritate me (as I'm sure it does Peace) that there have been several bad buys. However I believe it is possible we could get bought next summer but only if we are still in the Premier League. If more funds come into the club it could improve our prospects of staying up for the next few years.
