That was a tough match, backs to the walls at time during that second half.
The often ridiculed partnership of MDM and Otamendi stood their ground at a ground that has not always been favourable to us.
A 1-0 away will do nicely.
Happy to come away from there with the points this time.
I thought Man CIty were extremely poor from what I saw and another day some of those balls in the box would have landed perfectly for Sunderland to tap in or Oshea would have finished that.
You were watching city and not United haf.
No saw it on MOTD and saw stats.
Ah, stats, that will be everything then. Did the stats tell you about the 'tackle' on Aguero after he scored which left him needing new socks and limping? What were the stats on elbows in the face? It was a win, away from home, at a ground where we often struggle and where BFS has them battling to avoid relegation. To be fair, they could have got a point, they played better than most we have played against this season, and way way way better than United were when we played them. United won Hafi, it's a miracle, be happy. They even scored 3 (yes 3!!!!) goals, more than they have in the league for months. Be happy and think you probably have the tactical turtle for another season on the back of the last 2 results. You have a free pass to the 6th round of the FA Cup, a game against mighty Midgetland to look forward to and are looking good to secure an EL place for next season. Not bad for a team of United's quality. We will take the win and move on thank you, bigger fish to fry and all that.
We scored 3 goals back to back and both games missed some really easy chances to score even more. Anyway the cream rises to the top, lets hope Man Utd are back on the perch in May.
I heard someone comment recently about Defoe's elbow use. They joked that as he normally elbows you in the chest (size joke) he gets away with it. Good punditry on MOTD as ever about it. Imagine the reaction if he had elbowed Harry Kane or the new messiah Delle Alli! The more you watch that barsteward scraping Aguerros leg the worse it looks too.
Hafi is right though.....statistically we lost that match
So you saw a brief edited clip and stats.
That's the difference between me an you I watch football you watch the telly, it shows in your comments.

Hafi, you should get back into the EL without a problem, you cannot seriously think you will get any higher than that. United are terrible. As you say, the cream will rise to the top, for the good of football, that will mean United will be EL at best. I don't think Pep will be spending a lot of time scouting United for players good enough to make the step up to City.
United must have been jolted by the latest news from its more illustrious neighbours, shook them so much they even managed a first half goal

Some of them might be thinking they can interest Pep but deep down they must know the gulf in class is simply too great.
