Unfortunately it's impossible for Newcastle to be as bad as they were v Everton last night.
This means a Toon win 1-0.
After the jeers and booing from Tuesday, I think it will force TP's hand and he'll go for it.
0-1 Berahino
west brom are going back to your natural habitat of the championship
I don't expect us to lose. The longer we can keep them out the more their crowd will get on their backs.

How about a wager. If Townsend scores the winner I shall never post on here again. If he doesn't, you never post on here again?
Is that a deal?

Sandro or Pritchard to score the winner?
Surely to God TP can't play with 8 (counting the GK) at the back again as he did against Swansea?
Once Anichebe came on and Rondon had some support the game change completely and WBA looked like scoring again.
Sadly.. I expect he will play with 3 DM's again and two wingers hitting it into Rondon. Which will give Newcastle all the space they need to come onto the Baggies.
So.. a draw.. or a narrow Toon win.
Unless he plays TWO up front. In which case 3-1 to the Albion and relegation worries all gone!

I'd be amazed if he doesn't. I'm expecting the mother of all defensive performances!
That team selection is pathetic.
Even us 'happy clappers' are running out of excuses for you Tony.

And it's not as if we play defensively with any sort of success or assurance. Newcastle have a goal disallowed and straight away go 1-0 up.
From the BBC website:
Former WBA player Tony Brown on BBC WM:
"That goal was far too easy for Newcastle a simple through ball and four West Brom defenders couldn’t cut it out, that’s not good enough and Albion don’t look like a side capable of scoring this afternoon either."

Sums Albion up to a tee.
Pulis is out of date and out of ideas.
He can grind out single points now and then but other than that.. he cannot see what every Albion fan can see, which is that this is a decent team who, when playing with 2 up front, and some attack from the midfield can WIN games.
Even now, a goal down, he is still playing with just one up front. Clueless.
Next seasons Championship will be interesting.

The idea that you can't get relegated because Pulis is your manager needs to be put to bed.
It's been weeks and weeks of ridiculous team selections and setting out for 0-0 draws.
This is close to being as bad as it's ever been and I wonder what JP is making of it all.
where is that idiot cox in a box?
Chwonic me ode mucka ! 'Ow at ?
Sad to say that 'Cox-in-the-Box' is now dead !
He has re-incarnated at 'Pulisaurus' with the aim of getting Pulis extinct. (Can't blame him at all as the cant is ruining our once proud club)
Alex Pritchard came on as sub today at halftime and looked good with some nice touches and nearly scored with a free-kick. Hope we can sign him if you guys haven't a place in your team. It would stoke up the Peace v Levy feud !!!
Hows that cwoss dwesser Dowothy Don ?

i don't think pritchard is for sale tbh. had he not been injured i think he would have been very involved this season.
don is emotional as usual about spurs
Would love Spurs to win the league this season.
Good Luck Chronic
My preference would definitely be for Leciester to win the league. (Except for 'Arro).
And if they dont make it, it would be almost as good if Spurs won.
