McAvennie...a great player but a total plum otherwise.
This is probably the strongest evidence yet that Ronny might actually be a manager.

Maybe we should ask bubble.

VB-any chance you can log out and log back in again so we can get bubble's take on this??

Well the good thing is VB everyone now knows the poor guy is well out of his depth. Peter Lawell should hang his head in shame as the serious decline of Celtic and i think the home crowds in the next few games will reflect on the fans anger. Pov will like it tho, he won't have to queue for his pie at ht now.

" Peter Lawell should hang his head in shame as the serious decline of Celtic "

Never a truer word spoken, bubble, however the board have a responsibility, imho, to back the guy after their almighty mess.

Guy deserves another crack at the whip next season, otherwise Lawell should resign.

I don't entirely blame Lawell Bubble but that's a whole other story. But aren't you amazed at the amount of Rangers fans, like Ath, who all of a sudden are in love with Ronny as much as the likes of POV? Its like you and i have united Rangers and Celtic fans together. It makes me want to cry tears of joy 😢

VB, the Rangers fans are having their gloatfest now and if I was those guys i would be also.

Ath, Ronnie is the new Stevie Kean. The old blow torch on his neck couldn't make it red. Dead man walking.

With all due respect, Rangers fans' opinion on our team make as much sense as our opinions in theirs.

To be ignored.

Now there are a few exceptions who are able to view things dispassionately but even then it's always worth a scoff from them at our relative failings.

I for one would never not back our manager. He is part of our club and all that entails. We wanted change and we got it. Now many choose to not give him the time we believed as one he would get.

I've no problem with that but in changing our minds please spare us the "told you so" nonsense, because the truth is you didn't at the time of his appointment.

You've decided to change horses mid stream because you've decided (as is your right) to not trust him any more. That's your call but don't denigrate those who want to continue to give the guy a chance.

I'm confused ginger. I did give the guy a chance at the beginning which was only fair. He only lost me when he came bottom of the Europa League. He said trust him and give him a chance every time we got beat in Europe. I did and he is asking again to let him guide is to the CL qualifiers. Hell no to that!

And I apologize to you and the decent Celtic supporters for the told you so nonsense the other day. I was upset and angry. But seriously we could lose against EK on Sunday and certain people on here would still back him.

I fully understand VB but me and others believe that our manager deserve our full support for his term in office.

When and if the club decide he's not the man I'll trust them to hopefully get it right with the new incumbent. Unlike many others I don't profess to know a brilliant manager from one who needs time.

Furthermore, the list of so far identified potential replacements leave me despairing at the depths.

I for one am heartily sick fed up of seeing our supporters label each other as "Ronistas" or "non fans".

Sad really.

VB

I think I'm too long in the tooth to get really emotionally upset over a game of football mate.

And on that note, I bid you a pleasant evening.

Good night bud.

VB, I don't "love" Ronny as you put it, I just give an objective opinion, nothing more.

Cheers guys, have a good one, until the next time 😉

Time?

He has been here nearly two years and we have went backwards every year. He took a champions league team to the europa league to bottom of the group.
