Upgrading stadiums has become very overstated in the impact it will have to certain PL clubs
Not only is TV money far more than match day revenue, but also everyone is doing it. Won't give you an advantage if you add 20k seats to your capacity if every other club in the top 10 also does
Correct Chris, plus as this is not a purpose built football stadium, it is an adapted athletics stadium with an incorporated running track.

Which given the controversy Coe is embroiled in (arguing he knew nothing of cheating accusations) it is bizarre that the info requested under the Freedom of Information act has still not been published un-redacted and we taxpayers appear to be subsidising their fan base with cheap rent and free tickets. Scandalous in this day and age. WHU, Coe, Boris Johnson and the legacy mob should hang their collective heads in shame. But they wont. They will just blag and blather and hope it will eventually get parked in a cul-de-sac and forgotten about or the FIFA way as it is known.

And with all the free tickets they will have to give away each match it would appear unlikely that their matchday revenue would significantly increase.

I was cycling past the house of commons last week late at night and one Karren Brady was waiting to cross the road. I said "good evening Karren" and she gave me a smile back
West Ham will be fine for the foreseeable future, great manager on board and the extra revenue from the new stadium should see them no longer yo-yoing into the Championship and back
SLAVEN BILIC has fired warning a shot across the bows of his bosses' ambition by pointing out that simply moving to a huge new stadium is not going to make West Ham a big club.

Stick to Aussie rules muppet you have no idea about English football.
Billic likened it to Billericay taking occupancy of Wembley and expecting to become a big club.
Clever manager...
