Roy Keane definitely

looking at one of the thing united seem to badly lack - some real energy and dynamism from midfield - you'd say keane. guess this is why they are looking at this sanches kid, but if you'd pay £40m for him you'd pay £140m for an 18 year old roy keane.

besides, scholes has ruled himself out by saying that he wouldn't want to play for LVG!

Scholes is the better player but I think Keane would benefit us most at this point in the season

I'd usually say Scholes. However, we could really do with Keano right now to show some leadership and a bit of drive in midfield. Before the injuries he was a great box to box midfielder and I think that he'd work well with Herrera.

Tough one.

My heart says Giggs for his flair and direct style, both of which we need much more of, but LVG would play him at left back.

And although Scholes is my favourite United player of the noughties, I'll pick Keano, because alongside Carrick or Schwein I think he'd have us dominating against any midfield in the Prem.

Although he'd fall out with LVG in about five seconds...

Out of those and what we need most, Giggs.

There was nothing like Giggs in full flight running at defences, when he was in his prime.

I'd argue that Beckham is needed more than any of them.

We have a nonexistent right wing.

Or Kanchskis Dazza. With our slow play it would be hard to utilize Beckham to his best.

Don't think it'd be too big an issue.

One problem we have is the lack of numbers we get forward so we need someone with excellent crossing or passing to create chances.

Becks fits the bill.

I'd still rather have Giggs on the left with Martial on the right.

Then Keane next to Carrick and Scholes behind Rooney

Martial isn't very good on the right. That's why Beckham would arguably have the biggest impact on this team as it's an area of the pitch we are so poor.

Giggs at his best would offer more of what we need so I suppose I'd say him.

Giggs of the 90s was unplayable. Still can remember his debut and how he used to terrorise defences as a teenager.

Having said that we need a Keane right now.
