Alderweireld has been excellent and was excellent for Southampton too, however he hardly 'excelled' at atletico. He struggled and was unable to push his way into the starting 11, hence why they loaned him out to Southampton.

Next season will be the proof of the pudding for these three, whether they can reproduce this season`s form next season for Leicester or for any big club that takes them in the summer.

Ignore the ineviatble following comments from people.
It's a fair point! Okay the article has no relevance to Leicester whatsoever...but all 3 are bargains!
I think the Spurs squad has a lot more 'value' should we decide to sell the whole lot, but Leicester's scouting has been second to none/watford?
But some of the signings we've made have been extroardinary bargains considering level of performance!

Alderwierld is quality, I wanted him when you guys signed him and people thought I was mad.
Not everything has to be a competition, Mahrez, Vardy and Kante are certainly bargains too .
Dier played last season so this season best buys for Spurs have to be Alderweireld and Alli. I know Alli was bought and sent back to MK on loan but i think we can refer to him as a new signing for this season.
