How is Milner consistently getting in the starting lineup?

Yes I get that, he's very effective off the ball, but at some point you have to weigh up what he does on the ball imo

ye fair enough. Not sure who is currently in the squad who provides a better balance? Ibe seems the most logical choice and he's pretty much as ineffective going forward and nowhere near as good defensively.
