£100m won't get you much if it's paying for a new stadium AND players
£100m? You'll need it to replace Stones, Barkley and Lukaku.
I thought with the new tv deal all the pl teams will be 100m better off, so what's this guy actually bringing to the table?

A stadium, can you not read or are you just a bit thick?
New stadium for 100m squid wow, I'll take two
He is putting £100m in for new players - a different funding revenue than the TV money.
He is also financing a new stadium.
Can only be good for the league to have another big club challenging, I remember the days of Sharpe and Lineker and that's how I think about Everton. It'd be great to see you win the PL.
You don't need to spend £100m, just invest wisely and buy players with a good attitude and a desire to win 😉👍
Let's see what the plan is.
The side has a good core of talent, but needs depth. The stadium issue will be interesting. Council pushing WHP and the Americans wanted to redevelop Goodison.
I can see a new ground/developed GP being part of a bigger plan to move the club onto another group in a few years....Chinese buyers maybe?
Would prefer measured spending in areas we need rather than a scattergun approach.
GK, CM....Striker??
Keep/offer Stones, Barkley and Lukaku new deals and see what happens.
£100mil investment handed over to an expert manager in talking teams down
Martinez has never managed west ham
He could have purchased West Ham for that.
How did I know there would be some RS commenting on this, they are very quick to try and remove you from their posts but expect to comment on Everton ones
Worried.............

That would have been a proper investment unlike chucking in the bin
All your fans wiil be plastic, all your players will be mercenaries.
Seeing as we are not currently looking to buy other clubs best players that falls flat. Plus we have fans who have seen us win the league......
Other clubs don't have that background
Sorry but it goes with the territory.
But we just have a guy who only purchased 49.9% with still no indication on what he will 'invest'
If he pumps in £500m and our gate increases by 15,000 a week then they will be plastics.
Our gates stayed the same but overnight we all turned into plastics apparently.
Well I will take that tag then. I would guess it's from the fans of the established top clubs? Maybe the sky four?

it was from them yes.
It was also from the likes of Villa, Spurs, and Everton fans.
Well, you are the tramps with cash.
It would have come from Everton fans after the behaviour of Hughes in the Lescott saga and how he turned the player into a mercenary with his persist of him.
There you go.
Justifying the exact point that Boris has already made.

No fan would have minded if the persist of him was above board. But Hughes didn't act with dignity when told he wasn't for sale privately and in public. His final shameful performance against Arsenal forced the clubs hand.
Just as Moyes was derided when he made a similar pubic persist of Baines and Fellaini after being told they were not for sale.
And with Chelsea with Stones.....all classless

Can you honestly see him pumping all this money into the club without buying out the remaining shares?
cant see any sensible businessman allowing others to get rich by pumping his own money into something and watching others sit there doing nothing....not a dig, but this guy's background is very much investment and accountancy.
