This Media Stupidity was highlighted in yesterday`s news, when Leicesters Draw apparently highlighted the beginning of the end for their Title aspirations.

Genius

It was inevitably, they are so knee jerk the media. Spurs if anything have strengthened their bid this week. Both Leicester and Arsenal dropped points in games they were expected to win, Spurs have another difficult away game out of the way.

Spurs lost a game, big deal, Arsenal have lost two in a row, Man City have lost three in a row, and Leicester have only won out of three. Spurs are still the form team.

Spurs got so much media hype its insane. Anyway Spurs are a strange side only 9 clean sheets this season but least goals against. The best team for clean sheets have 15 or be it conceded 2nd least.

Look at those clean sheets

If we lose the north london derby then depending on the results from other games, we could be dragged back into the dogfight for 4th.

If we win the north london derby then we effectively end arsenals title challenge, while we are shoe-ins for champions league football and its us and Leicester battling it for the title.

We dominated arsenal at their ground and made them look average, restricting them to long balls/crosses, so repeat that performance with the crowd behind us and a fresh Dele Alli, then surely we are set to finish them off?

Is the clean sheet trophy always handed out on the final day, or as soon as it is mathematically certain which team has won it?

Genius

Just read the report in the Daily Mirror, apparently the score could have been a rout, Spurs were absolutely monstered, we were battered from start to finish according to the report. West Ham apparently are more suited to being in the CL than Spurs.

FFS they do talk bollox, they obviously were not watching the same dross match as me, both sides were cack. Spurs slightly more, but they did at least try to keep the ball on the floor.

Actual Stats
West Ham 35 per cent possession a proper monstering

Spurs 65 per cent

West Ham three shots on target Spurs 2 shots on target, that don`t sound to be like the score could have been a rout.

Both teams had six shots off target.

Spurs were giving it agricultural hoof. I think the reporter was colour blind.

Media reporting is a joke.

They also then go on to bring up the nonsense that somehow West Ham beat Spurs to the Olympic Stadium, as if Spurs wanted it in the first place.

Apparently Poch will need smelling salts to bring him round after this battering before the North London Derby.

It was Dave Kidd. I read the report and it came across as being rather sarcastic against West Ham actually.
