We were lucky ourselves with the ball mostly over the line in the Watford game.

Agreed I think Spurs should have been passing the ball around better with 11 men, they seemed to take their foot of the gas at 2-1. The encouraged Arsenal back into the game, having said that, Spurs still had enough chances to win, the one almost over the line, how fecking unlucky was that, Ospina made a couple of great saves, and their was same wasteful final balls when in great positions.
But come on at 1-0 down, a draw was OK.

At 1-0 down a draw was OK.
To a degree that is fair to say but a match situation can change and when they go down to ten men and we score twice to go ahead then we should have adapted to our good fortune and shown a colder more ruthless approach to the remaining twenty minutes. We were naive.

Spurs bottled it today Sandy. Wouldn't you agree? Make no mistake Arsenal were there for the taking!
That`s football mate, Arsenal will not be the first 10 man team to score a goal. Nothing to do with bottling it,

That's not what Don_tottenham said. "Bottlers" is what he said.

The Goonz were always getting a result today, no way they would lose 4 on the spin, I predicted we would not win today

Don gets a bit emotional bless him
Fair play for looking at the silver lining
Hard result to take though.
One thing is for sure. It's going to be a very weak league campaign if we do win it.
The first team to win it with 70 points or something.

Not really, this is how a league should be, very competitive. The leagues were always like this before the money boys took over, and the league was finished before Xmas.
This is great for the game having more than the usual suspects involved. Most fans are getting fed up with one or two teams running away with the league.

In terms of quality, yes it's weak. Far more quality at the top end 5-10 years ago.
In terms of excitement and drama then no.
Hey Sandy,
Check your medicine. Not sure that Spurs. would have beaten a 11 man Arsenal side today. Sending off was justified, hopefully Arsenal will administer appropriate punishment to Coq. and then get back to work.
