I never understood why it was a rule in the first place.

I wanna see if something as simple as that change could have any tactical quirks at kick off. probably not but am hoping that someone will try something daft that completely backfires.

Oil is knocking it back to the keeper and it being launched up to 10 men on the edge of the box or something fact like that.
