FFS guys. Last season it was all "corporate greed" etc.
This year you couldn't get enough of "local man made good, sole owner, knows the fans..."
A poor run and now? Go on, pick an owner......
Fulham hammered Burnley yet still lost. Burnley are running away with the league without playing football. You don't keep it simpler than Burnley.
Don't know why mad Mel doesn't just get on with it and appoint himself as manager. It's what he REALLY wants
Admire your stoicism, Heb
Heb, GSE never took us on the brink of FFP and they never turned us into a circus
Indeed Griff. But don't recall anyone bemoaning their departure.
Not many months ago we had the dream team of owner, coach and CEO. Doesn't take long does it?
shackell's been immense these last 4 seasons.
Johnson looked a world-beater when he first came.
Are we blaming Uncle Mel for them turning to crap, or only indirectly because he has yet to, despite allllll the money he's spent, actually appoint a football manager.
Two attempts at it, two unproven hopeful wannabes.
Sort your sh t out, Mel.
What happened to our CEO ?
WTF did I just watch??
Ball on the edge of there area all the way back to out keeper. Shackell hooooof.... Hanson nowhere to be seen for long periods.... Shackell hooooof...... Ince ineffective on the right again after such a good game on the left..... Shackell hoooooof.......... Butterfields worst performance in a Derby shirt..... Sshit short corner after sshit short corner..... Shackell hoooooof.....
For their sins GSE was a committee that made committee decisions governed by the P&L column, not governed by one ego. We are riding the tiger with Mel, if it works it could be brilliant if not we will be no different to Leeds and Forest

At what point do we blame the players, not the owner?
Agree Marco but, the manager picked them and coaches them, the owner bought them and picked the manager, culpability is throughout. If BPs share price goes down the toilet, it's not the bloke selling you petrol at fault
Hen, I always said that GSE were the only owners I've known at Derby who didn't ruin the club. I said last summer it could all end in tears as he doesn't have a board of directors to descisions. I think I said on here last June when I was out in the states I went to a mates for a drink and Andy Appleby was there as he's my mates neighbour. GSE had just sold up to Mel because Mel wanted sole ownership and GSE weren't prepared to overspend the way Mel planned.
Boohoo whinge whinge our owner made too much money available boohoo whinge whinge
Griff, Its' Heb, we're not on a date
I do have a criticism of the owner, in the terrible mixed message of"performance over promotion".
This is the sort of thing that sounds great in board rooms but a "split aim" is anathema to those trying to make it work.
Otherwise bow to your inside knowledge but we still have a season to sort
he's a brilliant tycoon, doesn't make him a genius at running a football club though, let him take the back seat and let Sam do the job he's better at
Night night gentlemen. Sleep well. We will come through this one as we have all the others.
Come on you Rams
Sam's already been frozen out ๐ค
Wish I'd done the ironing.

Me too, off high horse, night, night
Heb, I've still got a sneaking feeling we will go up thro the play offs. That's how daft this league is. I'm worried what will happen however if we don't, too many players on high wages with massive loses on their transfer value, not able to sign any quality players because all the gold has been spent.
Still clinging to that belief that will Hughes is going to inspire the play off wins
