Update on my situation.....I called the customer relations team first thing this morning, spoke to a guy who has actually looked at the email I sent along with the pictures and he took it to his manager to have a look at the new details I've been trying to give them for over a week, he's been given the case to handle and has been on to the assessor to give him the updated details, phoned him this afternoon but he said he's still trying to find out to try and get it resolved as soon as, the cars front repairs are due to completed on Friday so he's agreed with me that it'd be best to get it resolved while the car is still in the garage, hopefully find out more tomorrow.....still been a ball-ache but a wee bit of light, get home tomorrow as well so I can have more time to make the calls....

I drive for a living...part time (delivery van)....see some pretty awful stuff...but surprisingly guys in vans are very good drivers (despite their bad press) and will go out of their way to let you out at difficult junctions
