I have just read Andy Reids comments regarding how Forest intend to play.
That's all well and good with the right players on the pitch. Trouble is we don't have em'.
Our strengths under D.F revolved around midfield, we had defensive covering players, players who could tackle and make a forward pass and midfielders who could run with the ball and take on the opposition defence.
That has all gone, no strike force to speak of a weakened midfield made up of youngsters, injured players and players not fit/out of form [Gardner]
If we try to play expansive attacking football, where what we effectively do is attack, don't score, get caught out of position at the back.
6-0
I can only see a big defeat tonight, 3-0 or worse.
Forest to get all 3 points
Well, there will be a reaction one way or another from the players.
A poster called Rev used to say things like that - it was the kiss of death!. Invariably!
Doh! Meant the one above Will's.
Whether it is a good one or not, I'm not sure. Reid is clearly suggesting he thought the team was held back by DF. That or he is under team orders from Fawaz to entertain or else!

Rev liked his emojis a lot more than I do!
and now for something completely different:
Tonight's team? Will it be?:
(3-5-2)
DDV
Mills Mancienne Hobbs
Lichaj Cohen Vaughan Osborn Jokic
O'Grady Mendes
Probably not, but does anyone care?
Just gonna be same old same old innit?
That would end up a 5-3-2 Redfor!
I am hoping that Macheda will be in there, and Burke.
And Ward. I reckon we'll see him (at least for part of the game)
Is Ward fit again? I'd like to see him back in the team if he is. Maybe play him and Mendes up front...
I am desperately hoping so. We need him fit and fired-up for the w/e. Hope that he can at least play a few minutes tonight.

Afternoon Rev,
Glad to see your more optimistic now DF has departed.

Leaves us in the proverbial IMO.
If you are right about the next two games then things wil definitely look bleak and we will be in a relegation battle; and under great pressure in the next home game.

There's only hope left, that's all we have
Hoping it is just NP mischief but a Kuwaiti manager who managed Fawaz's club back in Kuwait has been linked to the job....😟
Even made me use an emoji that!
