Leicester are where they are because their strategy has worked for them.
There is no proven method to play football, whether it is intricate passing & possession play, long balls, counter attacking etc.
Chelsea the year they won the CL were possibly the most boring & worst team in the CL. Unfortunately they managed to beat a Bayern side that dominated the game but were wore down by Chelsea's tactics.
If Leicester (and I think they will) win the PL, then I will congratulate them as they will have deserved it.
There are still 8 games & 24 points to play for, so obviously anything can & may happen.
Why are Spurs fans under the impression they play some fantastic Barcelonaesque football and look down on Leicester?

You're a deluded old man, if be careful of a heart attack at your age because you're not going to cope with the inevitability of us winning the league!
You have absolutely nothing to be confident about with your fixture list, I think the best you'll do is 12 points, you took 10 from your first games so 12 is still an improvement and I think we'll get another 20 and that will repeat what we did in the first fixtures.
