Only a few months ago he was no better than Giroud according to several of my fellow Arsenal fans on here.

Utter clowns.

What by trawling through post comments from several months ago? Fack off.

I'm aware that some users actually do go to the trouble of bookmarking comments just to laugh at people later on but I'm afraid I'm just not that dedicated to the cause

Once gain everybody going overboard about a player that is having a great season yes, but he is 26 now, and hardly has been prolific through is eight year career. He is basically a winger converted to a striker.

The way some are going on as if he is the next Messi in the making. No doubt Madrid will waste lots of money on him, and he will then vanish without trace.

Sandy ahead of the curve as usual

Looks a fine player. Still could do with a little polishing, but he'd be an asset for any team in this league.

I`ll stick to Harry thanks, 43 league goals in two seasons, compared to Aubameyang 51 league goals in three seasons. Like I said a useful player, but Kane over his career, much younger will easily outscore him over both their careers.

Shandy dismissing opposition players - shock horror. Probably thinks Spurs would've easily won the tie had Poch not rested players.

Why would Madrid sign him? Benzema is miles better

He's clearly a good striker though

Possibly, we will never know one way or the other though. I will get a better idea when Borussia come up against the first XI of the remaining participants. Spurs game them a virtual bye, by fielding reserve sides in both legs.

Dortmund would have gone through anyway can we stop being deluded for once

posted on 18/3/16

I don't think it's fair to automatically say Dortmund would have definitely gone through irrespective of what team we put out. They're a fantastic team no doubt, but our strongest 11 on form are a match for almost any team, and it would by no means have been a certainty that Dortmund would've won over two legs.

We'll never know though.

Dortmund are probably in the top 8 clubs in Europe, they would have banged Spurs first XI

posted on 18/3/16

Technically Man City are currently one of the top 8 clubs in Europe, and our first 11 beat them.

I'm by no means saying our first 11 are better than Dortmund; I don't believe they are. But to just blithely state that our first 11 would definitely get beaten by Dortmund is exceptionally naive.
