I agree that you should try to get as much as you can. They play a dirty game so it only fair they pay through the nose.
I think there's little doubt he'll move in summer
Madrid need to up their game and he will destroy lesser spanish sides...sadly I think we need to get rid...

Real Madrid up to their usual tricks when they want a player again. I really loathe that club!
Agree though, his heart is obviously not at the club so let him go and fleece the bar stewards for every cent!
Guess the opening bid shoulld start from €100m
Any player who is not prepared to bleed for the shirt should shown the exit, bar none.
So for the 4th year in a row, Madrid are going to post a worse defensive record than Atlético, and worse than Barça's for 8 years running, and the solution is to throw another €100m at an attacking player. Well done Flo.
As for the way they conduct their business, meh, they're just top dogs in the transfer market. Every club operates the same way, the main difference being that Madrid more or less concentrate their leaks through a single paper, whilst other clubs tend to spread their 'exclusives' to keep a variety of outlets happy. Any real interest that's leaked to the media has already been addressed with the player's agent.

They do so quite regularly nowadays.
How? Because it's not a logical, adult decision. It's an emotional choice made during childhood and in my case has to do with support for the club running back in the family for nearly 100 years, to the 1920s.
I don't think I could be any further removed from what's generally viewed as the identity of the club but as I said, these aren't rational decisions.
Doesn't mean I agree with all the criticism we get either. People feel more comfortable painting things black and white, but it doesn't necessarily give you a better understanding of things.
Itsonlyagame , I agree entirely with what you say,and we all have our cross to bear, whether we be Real Madrid or York City , people who only see things in black and white, are not real football supporters .
Don't mind how Real Madrid do their business even if they tapped up Hazard we won't cry about it. We're not Everton who go on a whinging rampage when one of their best players wants to move on.
Thanks harlequin. Fwiw, the game for me is bigger than any one club anyway. Maybe it's related to what I wrote earlier the nature of the club I support and my own, but I'm not at all tribal about my footy. I am admittedly more tribal on country lines...I guess it might have to do with growing up in a minority community in a foreign country...odd nevertheless, as I'm no nationalist either.

Bye Hazard!
I know it's not a very nice thing to say but you're not going to fulfill your potential because you're a bottler.
Wouldn't be surprised to see you in an Arsenal shirt next season...
