Nope.We've brought poorly in the past 2 windows,which has also culminated in 2 poor choices in management.
One day we might get it right though.
We have bought poorly for many many years actually considering we were trying to compete with Barca, Real,Bayern etc previously. No leaders in our side, lack of creativity and pace still, fade in nearly every game the last 20 minutes, have too many injury prone players etc
I don't like him but the time is now for Mourinho. Lets see how good he really is. It would be his biggest test so far !
Pretty sure many would say that Real will go down as his biggest challenge.

I think their team , the way they set up and play is. Not their squad as they have been lucky with lack of injuries. Kanye/Drinkwater/Mahrez way better than our midfield. Vardy on his form this season would walk into our side. Could argue one of Huth or Morgan would get in our side too as would Danny Simpson on present form.
Too many United fans living in the past and think the likes of Darmian/MS/Herrera/Rojo/BS/Memphis are better than other team's players. They have shown very little of that !

Why are we struggling so badly then know all?
Because our manager and players are not good enough.
We made Lpool look good. The reason so many other fans hate United fans so much they often say is the arrogance of some of our supporters.
Face it we are not very good and it will take a lot to turn us quickly into title challengers and able to beat the likes of Bayern,PSG,Atletico,Barca,Real,Dortmund
There are no clubs in England that are far superior to ours. Spurs sad Leicester for a start have been extremely lucky with injuries where we have had the complete opposite.

Wasn't long ago majority wanted shot of Valencia and Young. Rojo is not good enough and Darmian so far has not been good enough.

Well young would have been a much better option than Lingard
Players can be swapped and kept fresh rather then playing them week in week out.
Personally I feel Jones would have done a better job than blind
Shaw yes is a big miss
Valencia I don't feel is too bad at rb or not as bad as what people make out anyway.
Rooney would have been a better option longer term than constantly playing rashford who I feel has done well but us simply too young to be playing week in week out.
Added to all that a decent manager who makes correct subs rather than constantly bringing on defenders when we need a goal ala West Brom, Sunderland and Liverpool and a manager that doesn't constantly pick Fellaini every fecking game then yes I feel we can and should be doing much better

Managed correctly this squad should have easily managed top 4 this season.
Next season, if we add a CB and forward player (CM would be a bonus as well) I would expect a challenge for the league.
I am not blaming the manager for everything as the players need to take part of the blame as well. You can see what LVG is trying to do but he can't get the players to perform. As we all know it's far easier to replace the managed and get the right one and we'll be right back up there IMO.
