Thomas Tuchel, Ronald Koeman and Laurent Blanc are my top 3 in no particular order.

Will probably have all three in the next six or seven years, eighteen months seems a long time in football management nowadays
Going forward (whether AW is in charge or not) the PL is going to be even more competitive. For example the bottom placed PL side next year will receive around £100m. A staggering amount of money.
I therefore don’t see (certainly in the short term) any one team dominating. Spurs in the coming seasons are also going to have to handle the restraints of building a new stadium. While I can’t see them being as financially restricted as Arsenal were, it’s inconceivable their squad will be unaffected.
United, Chelsea, and to an extent Liverpool are all in transition periods, and I believe (AW or no AW) if the nucleus of the squad can be retained, Arsenal should approach the coming years with optimism.
Although I believe this also depends on KSE, and their ambitions for the club. Which at the moment seems to be similar to the rest of their sports portfolio. Mediocre.

Despite an inordinate length of angry emoji’s, it amusing that there are some who are more preoccupied in getting rid of AW, than showing any support (at least on here) for the team.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For the past 5/6yrs some supporters like myself have wanted wenger gone but we have been told to back the team. We have done so. Now I ask how long are we to remain quite while wenger does as he likes? Should we wait until it is too late before we complain? Most importantly, is wenger the only manager in the world?

Of course not,but not many who are available can match his track record, going to be a step into the unknown.

I don't, as a fan, feel optimistic, you'd think with all the crap that's going on at the usual suspects this year that we, as the only "top" team with any real stability this year, would be in pole position to win the league yet STILL we're floundering and are way off the pace.
We won't get a better chance of winning the league with the current regime, it's almost like the usual suspects gift wrapped it for us but still we don't seem able to take advantage. I can see why people are losing their heads and coming out with ridiculous points at times.

Nothing wrong with wanting AW to step down/move upstairs (whatever!) but it is clear the hostile reaction from the home support is affecting the players.
And again while fans are free to express their frustration however they deem appropriate, there are some who are more obsessed about AW than supporting the club, or the the 11 guys on the pitch.
I have noticed (on here) there are those who's sole contributiton to 606 is to vent anger at AW - regardless of topic or circumstance.
Its true that there are some arsenal fans on here who dont seem to know where to draw the line in venting hatred at Wenger

Ace I thought you had a few numpties, got to admit we have a lot more, how can you wish you local derby club anything less than a disaster of a season.
Don't really know how to vote. I want Leicester to win, think it would be brilliant regardless of what happens at our unambitious club.

Whilst I don't think Arsenal fans should fear change, and it probably is time for a change, you should also view it with caution. The PL is becoming more & more competitive and in Wenger you have an experienced boss who guarantees stability. If you got a Koeman or a Blanc to replace him there's no guarantee of a sudden glut of trophies, and with the financial muscle of Chelsea, Utd and City no guarantee of finishing any higher than Wenger has been doing. Then you have clubs like Spurs and Liverpool growing in strength.
Sometimes replacing a manager who's doing a decent job can work out - Pochettino for Adkins at Southampton and Billic for Allardyce at West Ham are two recent examples, but Arsenal are on the precipice of glory or failure; a step in the right direction and it's a first PL title in over a decade, a wrong step and it's out of the top 4 altogether which can create a downward spiral (see Liverpool). So it has to be a measured, diligently made choice, not a reaction to 'just' finishing 3rd again as if anything higher is a god given right. Last thing you want is to be on that managerial merry go round, I assure you it's no fun and you'd be longing for the stability of the Wenger days!
As for wanting Spurs to win the league? Very poor. I'd never want arsenal to win any trophy under any circumstances, no offence but that's just the way it is. Wanting us to win the league to shame your greatest ever manager into a back door exit is even poorer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Good points but what stability does Wenger offer? Top 4 to get into a competition we NEVER compete in. We don't even have the odd run it's R16 knockout assured.
Then never competing for the title past January. It's not exciting at all and if that's all Wenger has to offer then I'm ready to risk it all.
The heading was hypothetical and one you can't really understand from outside Arsenal. Rivals praise him the most but those within the club know he has nothing more to offer.
He has to go at any cost for me, it's like he has the club hostage and we long for freedom.
Squad wise I think we're actually in the best shape in the league for a top manager to take over -
Main players in their primes (Alexis, Ozil, Giroud, Theo etc..)
Young British core that are reduced injuries away from becoming top players (Ox, Ramsey, Wilshere, Welbz?)
Other young talents - Iwobi, Bellerin, Chambers, many from the academy
Then quality in experience - Cazorla, Koscielney, Monreal, Cech
Unlike other clubs who've made constant changes the team don't need massive changes (next season at least) the right manager and we're ready to compete immediately, Wenger isn't that man however
