Edinburgh City 1-2 Forres Mechanics
Edinburgh Goal: Robben (Wanyama)
Forres Goals: Hazard (Alli), Sanchez (Alli)
MOTM: Alli
Edinburgh are on a bit of a slide at the moment, with the rub of the green deserting them over the past month. Still, they are definitely a good enough team to be up there challenging, so I’m sure they’ll see their results improve again after such an impressive start to the season before their dip in recent form.
Forres themselves have found wins harder to come by of late, although they have consistently proved hard to beat, with a number of recent draws keeping well them in touch at the top. This win will go a long way to ensuring that they remain serious contenders for the league title.

Juventus 2-1 Blyth Spartans
Juventus Goals: Saul (Pjaca), Lemar (Kimmich)
Blyth Goal: Berardi (Immobile)
MOTM: Saul
A close affair as one would expect from these 2 Italian lovers – not that sort!!
Juve just do enough to edge past in front of their home fans – and must now surely be considered as serious dark horses for the title due to the way that they are carving their way up the table.
Blyth missed Ibrahimovic today (as anyone would), and no doubt he would have played a key role in this match. Blyth remain in the main pack – but if they could pick up say back to back wins in their next couple of games they could yet haul the leaders in.

Pumas de UNAM 2-1 Wellington Phoenix
Pumas Goals: Aubameyang x 2 (Dembele, Rodriguez)
Wellington Goal: Pedro (Mkhitaryan)
MOTM: Aubameyang
Coming off from back to back losses we’ve seen Pumas suffer their worst run of form for the past season and a half. Surely then Wellington have picked a good time to play the Mexicans – especially that attacking midfield trio which is as good as any in the league.
Make no bones about it then, that this is a massive win for the wounded Pumas – Aubameyang amongst the goals as the home team just edge past the New Zealanders.

Can I add that darn this league is competitive - it is extremely hard separating teams - home advantage/form slots often making the only difference.
Yep I think you needed that!
so did I a little 4 team break away on the cards perhaps
well Juve as well I guess
Sorry for the no show mate heads not with it
