What on paper looks a really tight battle between two very strong sides proved to be just that, little to chose between the sides, Fishguard possibly having a a team better suited to controlling possession with excellent ball players all over that midfield five, whilst Tatung look a better pressing side with the power and energy in that midfield however sometimes there was a lack of final ball for them. In the end it was a game for both defences.

Forres Mechanics v Goodwick United

A game that was dominated by the home side just mainly down to the sheer class of that midfield and attack, they poured forward time after time and only heroic defending from Goodwick's CBs kept the game goalless for so long. At the other end, Forres definitely have vulnerabilities, however in this game Kante and Vidal covered for that, with Odegaard really struggling to have any impact.
