I maybe shooting a little high,but I wouldn't mind Hiddink.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you don't try then you have no chance, but if I am not mistaken I think he might be retiring after this season. I am impressed with koeman, wasn't to sure if he was a one season wounder at Southampton, but despite losing his best players each season he has done an impressive job imo.

I do believe Mr R has it with Hiddink, he said he wouldn't be interested in staying at Chelsea and his advancing years make him in my opinion the wrong choice.

Moyes at 2/1 and Manchini at 8/1. Know who I would prefer

For me the best outside be would be Pelligrini, but again age is against him.

Then you have my choice of realistic targets in Howe.

I like koeman but let's be honest the Saints are in better shape than us.

Would definitely be a fan of Pelligrini but I think he is tied to going back to Spain isn't he? He'll probably start next season at Valencia maybe?

Don't fancy Howe if I'm honest, he could just end up being an English Martinez with a strict adherence to his principles even if the results are not going our way and a plan b is required. My choice, if we could persuade him away, would be Quique Flores from Watford. I genuinely think he will manage one of the top two/three teams in Europe before he is done. So why not get some practice spending money with us?!

Good choice that TG never thought of him.

Not sure they are, I would say we are arguably in a similar position. They have recently been selling off there better players while we have said we will try and keep ours. Admittedly there league form has been better (a lot of that I would put down to koeman)

You don't need millions to be good, just good recruitment 😉
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Course you do, what your team are doing this season is now the norm isn't it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah because spending loads of money has really been beneficial to Chelsea, City, Liverpool and United hey

Look at West Ham, Tottenham and Leicester, none of us have spent lots of money but have recruited well, money doesn't buy the league, buying the right players does.

You clearly don't need to spend a lot of money if you have decent scouts, a strict ethos at the club whereby players go through a rigorous process of selection and are signed because they have the right attitude, mentality and abilty to fit into a style of play at the football club.

Spending £150m on the wrong players isnt going to win you the league or even make you competitive!

I would guess that spurs have spent a few hundred million in the past 2 or 3 years. As much as I agree that spending £150 million on the wrong players won't win you the league, the more money you have generally means you will finish higher up the league.

Koeman would be my choice. Hopefully he would bring Fraser Forster with him. Top priority must be getting in a top class goal keeper.

Being an ex defender I think he's the perfect man to organise our very talented defenders into a Defencesive unit. Since he's been at the Saints I think he's done a cracking job despite losing his best players each summer. Just imagine what he could do with our talented squad and a large transfer kitty in the summer

One season against the norm of the highest spenders finishing in the top spots is just a wobble.

Spurs have spent millions over the last three seasons, up there with Liverpool.

£150m to spend you say!

Your "investor" has not even committed to funding the stadium, but hes going to throw £150m of his own money into transfers...wake up pal

Think he has done a very good job at Watford, but not fussed on his style of play. Possibly that's due to the quality of players at his disposal, I have to say he isn't my cup of tea.

Flores and his team look like Leicester without the good run. They sacrifice possession and hit the front man early.....

May as well get Moyes back of that's the in thing
