City have a much harder run in than United.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But they have plenty of goals in them and KDB back. We are struggling to score 1 goal let alone 2 or 3
I love these articles after a united win
Second is still possible
"Like I said b4 we have a solid records at WHL"
I'm never really sure if these kinds of things actually mean anything. LVG has never won at WHL and Poch has never lost to United at home and I wouldn't image a similar thing goes for all the players too. I can't imagine Spurs players are gonna look to the fact United last won at WHL 4 years ago and let that effect them.
Massive game against Spurs..Will be extremely tough!
Man city still have Chelsea, Newcastle Southampton Away.. Arsenal at home.
Paris St G fixtures may wear them down.
Ideally we get 4th place and Jose takes over a CL side

We have zero chance of catching Spurs. They are favourites to beat us next week so let's not get carried away
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We do have a chance, a small one but it's still a chance!
And you are not allowed to tell anybody to get carried away Robb
Imagine thinking United will finish second
I think Jose will have to wait another season for the job if Louis gets CL football next season

It does make a difference when the players on the pitch have have experience though, of course.
But both squads and managers have changed a lot the past 2/3 years so it will hold little bearing.

We go to Spurs, West Ham and Norwich. They go to Chelsea, Newcastle and Swansea.
Wonder how long Blind is out for
----------------------------------------------------------------------
LVG just said he's a bit tired and he's giving him 2 days off
Busby
The last time we won at WHL 4 years ago only 2 players in Spurs' matchday squad are still there now, Walker and Rose (who was on the bench).
It'll have no baring on next weeks results at all.

You can call me an optimist today. We happen to be on a good run. Most critics wrote us off to even get a point at the Etihad and even today many were skeptical of a win. Spurs were not covincing yesterday against pool and they could have lost by 2 goals easily . I believe we will come up with a good plan against the spurs at WHL and perform well. winning over there is not impossible.
It seems Moyes and LVG have shredded a lot of supporters of every ounce of optimism.
IF we beat spurs we stand chance of having a big finish, the way we are playing at the moment it's a big possibility.
Nobody can deny we have a chance, regardless of how small it is.
I reckon if someone nobbles De Bruyne we'll have a good chance of making top 4, as it stands, we'll needs bit of luck
Spurs were very impressive against Pool yesterday but are far from being unbeatable. This idea we have no chance of beating them is stupid

I think we'll effectively be 5 points behind City this time next week.
After that who knows
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We won't lose at WHL. Our record against the "big teams" is admirable.

Bit silly to say we 'won't' lose. We have lost to better sides this season
We've played 6 away against the top 10 this season and won 3, lost 2 and drawn 1. Don't think that record gives us any clear indications that we won't lose.
Sorry, it's won 3, lost 2, drawn 2.

Why are they favourites? LVG during his time has shown up against the big boys. Stop embarrassing yourself with these comments you clown.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This, Manu has the best results by far against the top 6
Can't see us catching Spurs. Maybe pip city or West Ham to 4th but I won't hold my breathe.
The Spurs game is absolutely huge.
If we somehow manage to beat them and keep up with the massives, we then host Villa whilst City visit Chelsea.
