Best summation of a sports forum ever.
I've socialised with several of "them" from here, bit of a mixed bag.
Arsenal are not having a good season. The team with the real right to feel aggrieved by Leicester's perfect storm is Spurs. They have put together their best season in probably half a century, and they're still going to miss out. I can understand why their fans aren't taking it too well.
Having grown up with United in the '80s, I've always thought - throughout the Fergie years - that success is a fleeting and fragile thing. I'd have thought that winning nothing of note for decades might have instilled a little humility in them. But no. Apparently our relative fortunes over the last 2-3 years are a permanent trajectory, etc. etc.
Disclaimer: most fans of all clubs are the same.
The Spurs fans I know (about half a dozen) have been cautiously optimistic for most of the season, they certainly haven't been arrogant or deluded like Liverpool fans were in 2014 and 2009.
Don't actually mind Spurs, but some of their fans have been a little too happy with our sh1teness the few years
So it's Leicester for me, though I won't mind if Spurs do win it

True but then you have that old age chestnut of Liverpool actually having won things. Yes we know the 'Next year is our Year' line is a standard trott for them but even they have won things in recent times - These Spurs fans though
Aren't united just having thier standard season for them these days?
So doing better than expected and getting second is choking, and doing much poorer than expected like Arsenal, City, United, Chelsea, and Liverpool isn't? Right.

City, United, Chelsea, heck even Liverpool are all having bad seasons yet the North London teams are choking to such an extent

Don't quite get comments like this. Is your greater shi.ittiness supposed to give you some kind of bragging rights over better teams?

Just pointing out the obvious - the teams mentioned above usually challenge or pose a threat in some shape or form. In a season where they haven't it's Leicester that will win the league. Let that just sink in because taking United aside who as mentioned we know are in a mess right now the other teams will be back stronger.
Heck even United will challenge next season even with van clueless in charge - what does that say about north londons finest?
