Shoaib took us place in the team. We did not want a long tail if we dropped an all rounder for Waqar.

How does 2 players who just recently retired in Hafeez and Wahab get the top jobs? They have zero experience and they are expected to pick squads and coach.

Making Shan captain is already a shocking start.

Look at Dravid. He did India under 19s, was a background coach for main team and did IPL coaching. He did his time before getting top job.
