Considering the team we have out that really couldn't have gone any better.
King has been a bit of a nuisance though.
Only a Southampton/Sunderland typedebacle costs us the points here.
6 in 7 starts for Studge, and he's seemingly still not at full tilt. No way we could replace him IMO.
Sturridge is interesting, in that his arrogance can be as equally frustrating as it is his biggest strength. Great player.
there will be certain game where origis skilset will be better but sturridge just knows where the goal is
He's finally putting a string of games together now, touch wood. Encouragement for us long term.

His arrogance is suited to playing for us. A lot of players wilt under the weight of the jersey. Sturridge thrives.
play Origi and Studge together
ATTAAAAAAAAACKK!!
I think working alongside Suarez really pushed him to blossom as a player as well, glad he had that period

The only thing with Sturridge, is after Firmino scored that goal he put his hands on his head and actually initially looked gutted that it wasn't him, as opposed to celebrating a great setting up of a goal
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To be fair. When he turned around, Firmino was offside and the slo-mo replay showed Studge looking over at the linesman putting his hands on his head.
He probably thought it was offside so refrained from celebrating until he knew it was a goal and once he realises it's a goal the moment has passed.

Remember how good Suarez was with helping the youth flanno and sterling etc?
Scoring 10 goals in 2 and a half games
For the 1st time since i can remeber it looks like we may be able to change the team and it wont directly affect results. Not many managers are able to do this and the early signs are good
