Robb I'm still with you on Stones. I think he'll be top class. Still has a mistake in him but it's hard to look solid defensively in a Martinez team and I can't see the lad getting much worthwhile coaching from his manager.
Funny that Stones first run of games was with Jagielka then Alcaraz, with only 2-3 sides conversing fewer goals than Everton in his breakthrough season.
Stones is class, Arouna. Anyone who expects a young centre half not to make the odd mistake is off his head.
He'll be no.1 in his position in a couple of years
comment by Arouna Jagielka oooh I wanna take ya, Heitinga Nikica come on pretty mama (U1308)

The team was still well versed defensively from the Moyes era. Martinez has coached that defensive ability out of all your players.

But managed in less than a season to coach them into an attacking unit? You are just reading the media drivel.
50+ scored and shipped, just a little weak and away we go and the media will be up his backside again. (Martinez)
Swear John stones has made at least one costly mistake (or general bad play) in every games he's played for like the past 10 games minimum
I cannot believe how carried away the English media get. Jones the next Terry after a few games for Blackburn because he's quite brave and Stones the next Rio after a few games because he can pass slightly better than others English cbs...laughable really
Arouna Everton haven't scored much for a while now but are shipping them for fun.
Everton scored just 2 goals in last 6 league games but conceded 9 or if you take 4-0 out last 5 league games 2 goals for 5 against.
Juan Mata. Guy is class but seems to be the odd man out for many on here.
It's good that the league table isn't based on the last six convenient games that fit your view then
It seems Robb is not alone in his appreciation for Robb on this board after all.
I, too like Stones. He is still a tyro and under the right tutelage would be a fine CB IMO.
Currently i guess Reus, Gundogan and Roma's Pjanic.
I think Pjanic is a player who would thrive in any team and would absolutely love to have him at United.
