Would love that, players with genuine creativity and flair, and Rashfords attributes would work well as an alternative to Ibra.
Don't think Mahrez and Ibra would come if we have no CL though.
Mahrez, yes, though I think it's unlikely. Ibrahimovic, maybe as an understudy for Rashford.
But what about Cavani and Lukaku?

You don't think we should sign them anymore?
And if not, what has changed your opinion since you stated we should?

They would be good signings too. But we can't sign them all. There are dozens of players that would improve us. I'm not the chief United scout. I'm just a guy with a keyboard and some ideas.
Rashford has to play as much as possible for me.

Really starting to feel the same. I increasingly think any striker we sign should be of the back-up rather than the first-team variety. Concentrate on other areas.
You can have Kane for £300 million, we will throw in Fazio as well.
Martial up front with a, stronger, centre forward partner might work - someone as strong as ibrahimovic, but someone a lot younger. Martial, however, is only ever going to be an average winger. And there are too many of those about to waste too much time on him there.
i actually have a lot of faith in what i have seen from depay so far - contrary to the prevailing views often seen amidst the detritus on these boards. He, at least, appears to have all basics right, unlike too many others more favoured. He is also a far better 'line-leader' than he is a winger
mahrez would also be an asset
So a bit 'Meatloaf' there from the OP.
proper striker is the most important though.
I'd go:
New winger
Mata
Rooney
Mahrez
Martial
Depay
now that would/could be scary
How are the paintings going? You ever tried to paint with the sh-t that comes out your mouth?

I think we've played our best football this season with Rashord up top with Martial and Lingard either side. 3 pacey players. It's their rawness that has prevented us scoring more but that will come with time.
As talented as Ibra is he is not the quickest. I'd be happy if we signed him but at the same the time I think a pacier player is the way forward.

This is how I feel about Ibrahimovich.
No way in hell Mahrez is leaving Lester for Man U. The only clubs he'll leave for are Barcelona, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich and he's not good enough for any of them.
Mahrez wouldn't leave Leicester for Utd?
If Utd pay the asking price he'd sign on dotted line quicker than a fat guy devours a cheeseburger.
What Leicester have done this season is remarkable but signing for Utd is a huge step up, not just I'm wages but in status also.
Are Leicester going to finish ahead of us next season? Wouldn't bet on it.
Unless Man U get Mourinho, Mahrez won't sign. Without Mourinho, Man U are going to way of Liverpool. Mahrez will see this.

Maybe not, but they're certain to be in the CL next season.
I agree about Mahrez though; I don't think it's that unrealistic.
Mahrez will want to play in the Cl with Lester next season.
I think Paulo Dybala is the player we should chase if there's any possibility to sign him.

It wouldn't, it would have 2 wide men who don't track back as well as a hugely declining Rooney. It is reliant on a player leading the line who has played just 14 professional games in his career and a midfield duo that has never done much, one of which is declining even more than Rooney.
