And who do you thing Wenger will get in as replacements?

It has long been rumoured that Arteta, Rosicky and Flamini will be leaving at the end of the season and there has been a long running rumour that Santi wants to return to Spain, although that one has gone quiet for a few months.

If we lose the first three in the summer we don't need to offload anyone else. Elneny is the replacement for one of them but we have room in the squad numbers for all three to be replaced. I will be surprised if we get three players in who can play in the first team, so we don't need to get rid of any other players.

I don't know how much is in the bank now but remember there being a reported £120m for players at one point. £50-60m for a CF to be first choice and £30m each on a DM and CB and I'll be happy. we should have more than that amount by now so there will still be some money left.

As I said earlier, there are a lot of us that can't accept Walcott being on 140k a week.

Giroud

Mertesacker
Gibbs
Oxford-Chamberlain
Welbeck
Wilshere

Hahaha, Wilshere , fook off you t0sser

Wilshere is ridiculously overrated. Arsenal could sell him and upgrade with someone like Gundogan.

You no nothing about football mate, yes Wilshere is injury prone but his a very special talent, I just hope if he stays more injury free he doesn't waste it, players like him have the potential to come along once or twice in a generation!

we are never going to go through 38 tough league games with a weak defender like koscielney..and hope to win the title..he wouldnt have made george grahams 3rd eleven..we need tough defenders..not weak fancy dans..

Jordan Henderson, Dele Alli, James Freaking Milner are all better CMs than Wilshere and that's just English players.

I know what you mean but if we get rid of him Iwobi will be his replacement and if we keep him Iwobi will probably be ahead of him. We will be another play down in squad numbers. I suspect he is still carrying an injury or something as well, or at least I hope so because that would explain his form....actually, no it wouldn't.

I can see Flamini, Arteta and Debuchy definitely going.

If we work on the basis of one big signing and one 'decent' player coming in over the summer then we really can't afford to see many more departures than those.

I'm hoping that the 'big' signing is a genuine striker, who would relegate Giroud to backup/plan B

I'm not saying theo hasn't got anything it's just at 140k his priced himself out based on his performances. At 80k I wouldn't even worry about it.

Dunno why anyone talks about the "potential" of Wilshere when he will never stay fit enough to reach it. He's a perma crock, end of.

Totally invalid restriction on the debate, if you truly want a positive solution!

First, and foremost, Wenger must go ASAP. Arsenal cannot afford to wait any longer!. As a going away gift, present him with a video copy of the Leicester City game from yesterday. Suggest that he especially study how to run a "fast break" offense as Leicester did frequently in the second half. I doubt if he has ever before seen something like this and it could help his career, if he decides to manage another club.

this club needs sorting from top to bottom....we should have won the title by a mile this year....sanchez faded when we needed him the most..ozil doesnt put a shift in...leicester have shown how to win a title...hard work...

Nah, just show him videos of his own Arsenal teams from 98-04 - can't believe this is the same manager that built those teams.

I think that arsene wengbottler (U20940) really hit the nail on the head.

I don't think that our players work hard enough. They stroll around in games, barely breaking out into a jog while other teams demonstrate a lot more energy in bursting forward, closing down or tracking back. I suspect that it is a similar picture in training.

I believe that the whole club has got lazy and complacent from top to bottom and nothing will change until Wenger leaves.

Arteta will probably retire, flamini, rosicky, Debuchy will probably go for sure. Rest are less certain, won't be surprised to see one of Walcott, ox or Gibbs go.

Don't think we'll see, like some fans want, arteta, flamini, rosicky, Debuchy, mertersaker, ox, Gibbs, Giroud, Ramsey and Walcott all go. That's way to many to leave in one window.

Regardless of whether AW stays or goes, my revolving door would be:-
Out: Flamini, Rosicky, Arteta, Debuchy, Gibbs, Ox, Walcott

In: Top CF (Aubemayang?) with Giroud as Plan B (mentioned earlier), Schlupp for LB, Experienced Brit CH. Old campaigner DMF (short term buy) to alternate with Wilshere and see if JW gets past his injury probs.

Not sure Walcott's £140K pw will put buyers off given the amount of money that will be shloshing around in the Prem next year.

Play Sanchez on right, Iwobi left, New CF/Giroud. Others speak for themselves.

Schlupp doesn't even start for Leicester and unless we have 11 world class players on the pitch we won't compete at the top level again with Wenger in charge.
