and if the ref has done his job huth alone would have given away 4-5 pens.

I reckon Manutd should be on 95 points by now, all those silly points dropped

Every team could say something similar. No excuses for losing at home to Swansea, who rested players for the following weekend and what was losing 4-0 to Southampton about. Decent team and a 2-1 loss understandable, but 4-0 ridiculous.

points dropped due to poor refs ect is something we all live with ..but arsenal threw away stupid points esp the ones i quoted. theres no question in my mind we have screwed this league season up worst than all the previous copitulations..

Arsneal should only have 69 points

IF Arsenal had Lionel Messi up front I think they would have had more points too.

Picking out individual games as to where we could have dropped individual points is always misleading.

I can point out plenty of games too where we got points we probably didn't "deserve". That's football.

Against Leicester for example

How about the games Arsenal won or drew but deserved to lose like Tottenham away, Crystal Palace away. You mentioned you should have won at Liverpool but I remember that game very well. Liverpool had 14 injured players out but still created more chances (about 22 shots against 14). Liverpool needed an injury time goal to draw 3-3 but that was well deserved.

Every team would say the same. I could say the same for Liverpool losing points against Newcastle, Sunderland, WBA all drawing 2-2 after so much dominace and taking the lead. Other games could and should have been won Southampton Norwich but that's football. Last night Spurs had many chances but still couldn't win.

Well may be draw was fair result considering Arsenal played better after Spurs scoring the 2nd but Spurs just stopped chasing and thought the game was over after Arsenal getting a player sent off and conceding the 2nd. Remember Arsenal scored the 1st goal from their 1at chance and against the run of play. Tottenham were still creating chances and got both goals. As I said they eased after that.

Cracking estimation here on points we could have gained had we won particular matches. You've done a fantastic job at estimating something which is not obvious. How you managed to tally up so accurately is astounding. Profound insight on offer here.

Spurs should have had a Dier sent off in that match against us. One of the most dodgy decisions in football not to give him second yellow.

I think arsenal would have another ten points if not for poor referee decisions. It's the same every year

Projections made as far back as January, would still have us ending up with 68 points, based on our form this season.

Anything above 70 will be a bonus IMO.
