Yes, Spurs we're a second division club for one season in the 70s.

Chelsea were a second division club in the 60s, 70s, 80s

I remember a game when we went 1 nil up through a Sandro screamer, we ended up losing courtesy of a goal that did not cross the line (the Gomes fack up) and an offside winner
