Even if it does drag on past the date for the 1st game, it will be us thats taking part, regardless of appeals

It will not be in UEFA's hands if Sion decide to take it to the court of arbitration. The competition could be delayed until they come to a decision and UEFA could end up with egg on their face. It's a complete farce. UEFA approved the signing of these players, then done a u-turn due to pressure from FIFA. No wonder Sion think they're in the right.

Good Good, More Thursday Games, More Tiredness will set in, not to mention they have no chance getting out that Group alive

UEFA will look stupid to reverse the decision on appeal. As I'm posting this, they will be lodging their appeal

It shows what happens when you are playing in a competition that is not tainted with religious bias.
If Rangers had done what Sion had done in a competition
against us you can be sure the authorities would have found a group of words to allow Rangers to stay in competition.

Spot on izzy this bampot will appeal bringing us back here next Thursday/Friday, then onto the court of arbitration which will then bring Athletico Madrid into the equation. We could be a month on before a resolution. It is not Sion who are the guilty party it is UEFA, who should have thrown Sion out two weeks ago. Celtic could be caught in a tangled web through no fault of theirs. Sion will have legal teams combing through this decision.

Harry, I didn't think my post would put anyone into a homophobic rage. The again, I had completely forgotten about you.

izzy i know thats why i dont think they will reverse it and any appeal will be dealt with swiftly, they wont want this interrupting the tournament.

And we thought the Hearts owner/majority shareholder was a nutter.

This Swiss bloke would give him a run for his money

Let the bhigot be the first to raise religion, you are the type that everyone in Scottish Football could do without
a small minded zealot.

Get a grip you paranoid muppet. I was about to come an congratulate you lot for getting back in.

For what it's worth I hope you get through a few rounds (not win it obviously) and up the dire co-efficient.

They have fielded inelgible players. Whether UEFA noticed it at first or not isn't the point. They still knowingly broke the rules, simple as that.

A wee slice of luck for the tic and maybe a wee bit embarrassing to scrape through the back door but I wouldn't say no if it was Rangers so good luck to you.

Am I not as entitled to my point as you with your blue nosed anti Celtic dirge. Am I not entitled to my view that Rangers win all disputes in Scottish Football whether they are entitled to or not. Similarly you can have your view preferable on the Rangers forum. Its a sad day, on a Celtic forum that a bear feels he can belittle a Celtic fan for his point of view.

I don't see how you can construe my point as anti-celtic. I didn't attack your club I attacked your opinion.

I'm not going to get dragged another argument about the paranoid section of your fans who think the world's against them.

Scottish football had a piece of good news today, congratulations to Celtic, I hope you make the most of your second chance.

What I had said, and I repeat I have an entitlement to my point of view and although you may not agree with me I don't deserve to be called a muppet by a biased bear visitor.
Control yourself even though your club cannot control their finances.
