We should never have signed Anichebe. Each one of his goals cost us £1 million!!! Good riddance!
As for Sess. He's one of the few creative players we've got and we've consistently looked better going forward with him in the lineup. I'll keep my powder dry on this one until I see who we replace him with but they'd better be bleeding good!
On his day, Sess is almost unplayable. Problem is, there hasn't been enough 'days'.
If this is Pulis behind the clear-out then I guess he's here to stay.
I would have kept Sessegnon for sure, and I hope Albion have got someone better lined up.
Good luck to Big Vic but, as you say, we should never have signed him in the first place. An expensive mistake.

It has to be Pulis, Heis, there's no one at Albion with more knowledge or power. Almost certainly won't be Nicky Hammond.
Didn't Sess get himself into trouble with the club recently?
Seem to remember reading something somewhere.
Do you mean other than flouncing out of St James' Park last season after not being picked?

The recent mishap with Sess was when he failed to report back for training after the International breaks.
Sad to see Sess go as he was one of very few creative, skilful players we have. But, of course Pulis doesn't want skill - just a 6ft 5in lumbering centre back will do the trick.
Apparently when Sessegnon asked for a renewal of his contract, Pulis told him "Sorry mate. We dont need you. You're too fast. Not big enough. We really have to get some more CB's in!"
And that was that...
He walked into Tony's office.
He was weighed.
He was measured.
He was asked if he could knock out a camel with a single blow.
He failed the Tony test and was thrown out the window
