Quite likely one of these shockingly poor sides we have seen today is going to the final

Is Cinci moaning again?

posted on 25/6/16

Not really moaning, just a little cheesed that 4 hours of my life were wasted watching that crap today but at least i opted out of watching the Wales game so not as bad as it could have been.

Mark Lawrenson just now:

"Republic of Ireland full-back Stephen Ward did brilliantly to get the cross in before the penalty."

Well done Wardy !

They may now be "former" Wolves stars, but it's good to see the likes of Hennessey, Vokes, and Ward doing well in such games.

It's fantastic, if only they did the same for us we wouldn't have been relegated

Ward was at fault for France's first goal. He is always too far away from his man, he ball watches and he still backs off the same as he did when he played for us. How he ever got to play as an international at full back is beyond me.

Great to see Vokes picked and playing alongside Bale although he hasn't actually achieved much.

Hennessey is still a class act and has made some brilliant saves.

posted on 26/6/16

Yeah Hennessey certainly worthy of praise, a bit of a be llend but certainly a very good keeper.

All three of Belgium's goals came from wards side the other day, not seen today's goals as yet though.

How many of the goals in the 1966 World Cup came from "Wardy's Side", out of interest?

Don't think he was alive then but if he had been then a safe bet would have been 50%.

Watched the Wales game in a pub in Shrewsbury on Saturday, right by the Welsh bridge as it happens.

Poor game, but was watching with a baggie mate of mine and his face when Gareth McAwfully put through his own goal was a picture. Dozy barman kept undercharging us for drinks too, so happy days!

Work permit issues with Cilla being reported, Bo Jo taking control of our borders early I see.

On that never ending popular topic of 'how intelligent is Dean Saunders' - the latest story is that he went to watch Wales' first game in the Euros and decided to stick around over there until they were knocked out, completely forgetting that he had parked his car in the short stay car park at Birmingham Airport and has so far accrued over £1,000 in over stay charges

posted on 27/6/16

The tough life of footballers.

I imagine the tickets accrued cost far less than the new wardrobe he had to buy himself after deciding to stay and the hotel costs.

My biggest concern is who is feeding his feckin dogs!!!!

Also a good story about young Wolves player Millie Pullen. She played last year for Wolves under 11s, and Shrewbury Town Youth, and her school and this summer went for a trial with Man City women team where she was offered a contract but has decided to stay with Wolves.

In total last year for her three teams she scored 97 goals which means she is probably already a better player than Siggy will ever be

Quite probably.
