I think that will be the side bar Walker for Clyne, it seems as long as you get to the byline and beat your man a few times it doesn't matter that you don't actually deliver a good ball into the box all game

the only changes id make from your side are Wilshere for Alli and Walker for Clyne, Walker has been our best player so far, and we need someone who can carry the ball 10-15 yards in midfield and open up gaps, Alli has been very underwhelming so far, his touch and passing has been off

I would only put Clyne in because I think he deserves a chance as things stand, he is very solid and reliable..

Not much in it between him and Walker for me!

England should qualify from the group so I would think it's an opportunity to rest some players.

Walker and Rooney have been the two best players so I would start Wilshere and Clyne and give them a rest. The keeper, the CB's and Dier should start as they need the games to make us defensively solid.

Alli should start as he is yet to find some form. Vardy, Sturidge and Rashford to start as the the front three.

I'd stick with the back 5. Although resting a couple might be good we still need a result here.

Midfiled I would drop Rooney and bring Wilshere in. This would not weaken the team and its more a case of resting Rooney than dropping him.

Wilshere i think would bring mlore out of Alli and Kane. The service from CM has been slow and normally goes wide. Wilshere is much better at quick incisive balls to the man in the pocket (Kane or Alli) and those 2 getting better quicker service like they do at Spurs is what helps them play to their games the best. So far the ball to them has been slow an they've been surrounded by defenders...this is where Rooney fails a bit, his passing has been decent but not quick enough or incisive enough....usually spreading play to Walker.

I think we need Kane as that focal point....Vardy did little except tuck in what would normally be an offside goal, but equally i would understand if Kane was dropped for him. I just dont think that Vardy will suit what will be another tightly packed opposition defence. Sturridge and Kane line up play much better than him.

Do you think Hodgson should just run the players into the ground despite having the opportunity to rest a few all because presumably you don't want spurs players to miss out?

Alli is not at the races at all in this tournament. He should be dropped he was woeful yesterday and looks tired just like Kane.

I would bring Wilshire in for Alli and push Rooney forward into Alli's role

Not at all but there are other players... This guy would of taken Ings over Rashford/Kane/Vardy ffs

Wouldn't we prefer to build momentum and beat the Slovacs and hopefully beat an easier team in the last 16?

Be interesting to see how many times previous cup winners rotated a winning team during a tounament.

I still think that we can get at least a draw and rest a few players. Walker has been excellent and is becomming a key player. I would prefer to see him sit out the next game. I would also rest Rooney.

I've been really impressed with Lallana, surprised to see him brought off last match, although he must have been knackered after all the running he did.
I'd like to see Rashford start over Sterling, he seemed very composed for a young'un and Harold removed for either Sturridge or Vardy.
Walkers work rate has been incredible so maybe he'll need a breather at some point

I'd give Walker a half make sure we qualify the give Clyne a half. Front 3 of Vardy sturridge and Lallana with rooney playing a free role behind for me.
