Can't be any worse then Fellaini
Ramsey - consistently inconsistent. We could do better if.
When he went through he golden patch a few seasons ago he was one of the best mf players in the league
His form has dropped of since then.
We call it holywoodtitus
If only England had Ramsey, Allen and Bale in the England team, you would have beaten Russia 3 or 4 nil
I rate Ramsey more than some but he turned us down for Arsenal because one of the Nevilles met him at our club. Why we didn't sent Giggs God only knows
He has been very good so far this tournament to be fair.
Perhaps DTKF has some backtracking to do over his recent comments re Ramsey.
They played Russia. Ramsey is crap. Don't want him anywhere near this club.
You'll hate the guy. Has a knack of complicating simple things and trying too hard. Still better than Fellaini and most of your CM's mind you, but not the class of player you'd want to improve you.
He was very good tonight. Allen was immense though. Having said that, it was Russia, and they were really poor. Yet England drew against them

Russia's defending was suicidal Babyen. Having said that. Who cares? The best performance and win in my lifetime watching Wales in a game that really mattered.

Absolutely agree. The star man for me tonight was Cookie. Got his tactics spot on. Played to our strengths, and exploited Russia's poor back line. Done his homework, and knew how to set up.
Please take Ramsey off us. Awful player.
Problem with Ramsey is that you have to give him that freedom - he lack positional intelligence and discipline, and we have better players (namely Ozil) to give that free/no.10 role to.
He also has the tendancy to go for the complicated, risky option rather than keeping it simple, and likes to take lots of touches. That's not to say it can't be effective, but things really have to be set up for him to flourish.

Guess I have to go out early Saturday night now!
Fan-bloody-tastic!
Hope we get NI next round. Don't fancy Croatia or Chech Rep. Having said that, if we play like we did tonight, we always have a chance.
Why is this a conversation? Wenger loves him and against most wishes stuck with him after injury and reaped the benefits but yeah Wenger will let his biggest enemy Mourinho take him....
Stupid ending to the post. Could see Ramsey leaving in the near future but his mind seems set on Spain, don't think he's ready for the big 2 yet but it's either them or he's happy to stay.
United won't happen plus you're in the Europa pipe down

That's what I've read from the last couple of games; he was all over the pitch last night, sometimes launching plays from an advanced RB position. He seems to enjoy the freedom to roam.
But he looked deadly in the final third - always a threat when he had the ball.

Alright, calm down son
This is on the United board, not the Arsenal board; we're allowed to discuss poaching your players here.
I'd have thought many Arsenal fans wouldn't be upset to see him go given many of the comments I've read this season...
Unless Ozil is injured or rested, there's really no room for Ramsey in our team. He doesn't have the discipline to not roam around the entire pitch, and if he's part of a midfield two, then it leaves the DM and defence exposed.
It's strange that Wenger always tries to change the team to find a place for Ramsey, without ever playing him in his best position, where we have one of the best in the world.

He seems well suited to Wales' three man midfield, where he has the licence to wander with Ledley and Allen in more constrained roles, and doesn't need to sit in the hole all the time.
Like you, I'm not sure he fits in Arsene's 4-2-3-1 whilst you have Ozil in the side.
Would carry him to Old Trafford for £5million!
