Don't know how many times we have been to Blackburn on the opening day but it seems like a lot, but might be only twice. Years ago it always seemed to be Burnley
Look forward to Burton away which is easier for me to get to than Molineux. And always like to be at home last game of the season.
Best fixture news already out though cause theres an international break on a weekend I go to a music festival
We will play one of these teams in the first round of the league cup with the draw live on facebook tomorrow at 12;
AFC Wimbledon, Barnet, Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham Town, Colchester United, Crawley Town, Exeter City, Leyton Orient, Luton Town, Newport County, Oxford United, Plymouth Argyle, Portsmouth, Southend United, Stevenage, Swindon Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Yeovil Town.
Gonna be a thriller
Nobody really cares any more. No excitement. No happy anticipation. No thinking about planning the year ahead.
Crowds will average 15,000
They will be bored
Even STH's won't bother to show up when it dawns on them that Wolves are even more rancid than last season.
There will be games where only 10,000 will be in the ground.
Wolves are heading for disaster.
Everyone's first look is to see when they're playing Leeds, followed by their opener
Will Leeds finish just above or just below halfway in the Championship next season? Its the question all of football is asking

THE fixtures will be out when sky says so

Open with Rotherham away
Boxing day Bristol home
Finish with Preston home
Villa A 15/10 H 14/01
Blues A 20/08 H 25/02
Feckin' exciting!!!
Rotherham, Bristol and Preston. Cor wait.
& Villa & Blues & Newcastle & Burton.
'tis our lot and will be for some time, may as well look forward to the games because nothing happening off the field feels positive at the moment
Just looked at the fixtures.
Wim going down.
The order of games is irrelevant.
Our last fixture against a demoted team is Newcastle at home on Feb 11, so an easy run in then
I notice we start the campaign with a lot of ground to make up again, bottom on day one, as usual
Ipswich at home on Tuesday 16th August. Not long to wait.
We gotta Fight Fight, cmon me babbies.
Rotherham is a nice easy trip to start with, usually go by train there.
Then two home games in a week followed by no home game for nearly a month
Two home games over the xmas/new year is good as is a home game to end the season.
So for me it suits my plans apart from the fact we have midweek away games at long distance clubs like Brighton, Ipswich and Cardiff.
Hope you are going to have sorted out an overnight stay in Hove in October for us all Tam
Great news at last!
Kenny Jackett says he is ready for another Championship season. He is relishing the challenge.
The end.
First Round of the League Cup, now called EFL Cup, we play Crawley at home
Villa away in mid October looks like a good bet for Kennys last game then.
I see all clubs play each other twice, not like how it is in Scotland, which has angered a few...

what a strange country
Actually had my first pre season flicker of excitement about going to see wolves again. Had to calm myself by thinking of Kenny Jackett deciding whether to play Coady as a deep sitting CM or just in front of the back 4, in a 460 formation.
Uncle...what preparations do you no longer get excited about? Does it take that much planning to turn on the radio?
Sky have announced their live games for the first couple of weekends of the season and Wolves are not on. They have chosen games involving Newcastle, Villa, Leeds and Sheff Wed so maybe Wolves have fallen down the pecking order of teams at this level that bring them their highest viewing figures. I suspect we will still be selected more than most this season and have a bit of fixture disruption, but certainly not as often as last season
