It does seem that may be the case!
The engine penalties shouldn't go to the driver, they should go to the team!
Motorsport is a funny game. You never know. Look at today for instance
Leads only 11 points now!
31 point lead to 11 in just one lap.
Rosberg needs to be punished heavily for what he did
Shocking
Betting man?
Hamilton is the bookies favourite for the WDC.
Let's not forget, before we castigate Rosberg, when a German leads and has trouble the sport becomes "Motor Waiting".
When Schumacher crashed in Adalaide in 1994 hill didn't have to pass him, he should have waited until Schumacher had decided to retire.
Whe Rosberg got it so spectacularly wrong in Barcelona this year Hamilton was most frightfully aggressive to try and pass him. He should have waited, given Rosberg time to rectify his errors and quietly followed in second place. This would have pleased Niki Lauda and Toto Wolff. Quite rightly Rosberg made sure Hamilton could not pass fairly, as he would have done.
Today AGAIN, Hamilton had the audacity to challenge a car it is claimed was in trouble. It should be no surprise to us that Rosberg deliberately crashed into his team-mate, what else could he do?
Play the sportsman and graciously accept defeat?
Obviously Hamilton should have waited behind Rosberg and finished a beaten second. Mercedes would have liked that.
I am not suprised the crowd booed Hamilton. It seems Ted Kravitz was told by some of the Germans and Austrians who booed that the commentator had blamed Hamilton for the crash. When British and Irish were asked they said that wasn't true, there's a surprise!
Anyone who blames Hamilton for that incident, be the British, Austrian or German, are blind.
It's called racing, meaning, pass whatever is infront of you.
""Anyone who blames Hamilton for that incident, be they British, Austrian or German, are blind.""
A liar who can see could also blame Hamilton, ask Rosberg....
Is his Father proud of him? Keke was a man of great integrity, but then he is Finnish.
Hamilton just a level above Rosberg, gave him 5 grand prix's head start and is still above him already
You can see how much it winds Rosberg up to walk into the post race holding room, having come second to Lewis.
A great deal of respect to Nico for how much he's pushed himself, and improved, but unfortunately, he just doesn't have it in him.
To be fair Rosberg and Hamilton both have 5 wins this season and both one retirement.
Apart from Australia and Baku, Rosberg's race wins have come from Hamilton having engine trouble. Says a lot
Hamilton broke his engine driving to fast
Considering they are not using engines, that is an impressive feat

Can't wait for the post-race Rosberg interview .
To be honest Hamilton is the slightly better driver and its now showing
