I can only presume he is after players still left playing in the Euros.
I never understand a manager who leaves their business late, especially when you've been at a club for nearly 20 years.

instead of creating a new one and clogging up the PL board?
Poor Arsene can't even have a holiday
Maybe if AFC started publishing a daily bulletin detailing all transfer negotiations, and targets etc it would help?

Clogging up our board? Our board has been dead for ages and there are a litany of very good posters who have left this forum because of the direction Arsene, the board and owners are taking the club.
We cant say it enough! We have not won the league for twelve years, yes twelve good years. Pep, just arrived and look at the business they are doing already; and it not just because they are flush; it identifying what will work in a system and putting it in place; squad building.
He's an idiot. Bought his customary midfielder that we don't need since we have what, 5 others who play in the deeper 2 midfield positions. But neglects the fact that we need a CB, winger and striker. Team is hugely unbalanced and despite losing 3 players who are over the hill, we still carry dross and injury prone players we cannot count on (Walcott, Gibbs, Aoc, Wilshere, sanogo).
I think will finish behind utd, Chelsea and city. If Leicester and spurs play as well as they did lay season and with Klopp building his own team, dropping points to the west brom and Norwich like teams this year, could well see us finishing in 5th. I have no confidence in wenger or this team of bottlers. Only trophies we stand a chance to win are the FA and Carling cup (or whatever it's called now). The PL and CL are moving further out if our reach every year.

Its sad the club (and I include majority of the supporters) have accepted the mediocrity Arsene has foisted on us.
Where is all our money gone? We spent £15 Million last season on a goalkeeper and a midfielder; Stoke doled out £18 Million on a midfielder in January.
I actually believe there are Arsenal fans who revel in finding fault with the club.
It’s the first day of July and some are writing off next season already.

How many times have we heard that: Who would have believed that Petr Cech will be the only acquisition last summer more so when the club knew the situation with Welbeck.
Yes, I should find fault with the club because the club is not working for me . Twelve years without a title and getting knocked out in the second round of the Champions league six years on the bounce does not work for me!

I wrote off next season back in May. It's pointless getting your hopes under the current regime. It's like a broken record. Just gotta ride it out until Wenger finally leaves.

So not all bad then.
Steadfast in the knowledge that any progress under AW is impossible, why not (as YKV alluded to) just dispose of any expectation until AW leaves?
Just waiting for the "there's still plenty of time", "it's only the first week of July" posts. Fast forward to September and Giroud will still be no.1 striker at the club.

But he not leaving, is he? Will you leave an £8 million a year safe job? The rumors are that he has been offered an extension and Wenger will sign on.
While it appears silly to get worried when it's only July at the same time you can not deny that we have a 100% track record for bad/unfinished transfer windows in the last 5 years (possibly more).
When was the last time we finished a transfer window without glaringly obvious weaknesses that ruin a season before it's even started?
*I'm not talking about having 11 world class players, I mean not having any ridiculously obvious weaknesses that the manager doesn't fix but the whole world and his dog can see.

So not best therefore (knowing he's going to be at the club regardless) putting aside your discontent, not at least until the season starts?
By the way, I still think it's too early to criticise Wenger for this particular window so far - but I'm very pessimistic about what's going to happen.
I used to have optimism about Arsenal but seeing the same disappointments over and over again has taken that away.
