Might go for the tilapia. With a parmesan/bread crumb/almond crust. Lemon pepper cauliflower rice and asparagus.

Not sure about the drinks though. I could definitely knock back a few IPAs, but the weather here has been so warm and humid that an icy cold bottle of Vinho Verde or two would be nice.
