My understanding of Klopp as a manager is that his success has always been built on identifying players with the attributes to enable them to become very effective players, and getting the best out of them. Has he ever bought a star player/big name? He's sold plenty...

Fairly pleased we never got Gotze. He always seems lightweight to me and I don't think would do well in the PL. I actually think our squad is good enough as long as all players perform to a required standard.
