Forward? We're well stocked
=====================
Are you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Martial, Rooney, Zlatan, Rashford
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I guess. Other than Martial I think there is a lot of unknown quantity in there.
We won't lose out financially, I can assure you of that
==========================
Again, really?
I imagine he'll be on £200k so about £12m a year for four years plus £100m in transfer fee.
You think Utd will make circa £150m by signing Pogba?
I'm not sure you can assure anyone of that.

We have the added bonus of goals from Micky and Martial on the wings

Because I fully suspect he'll improve even more with us and will go to Real or Barca in 3/4 years. Even if they pay us what we paid for him that will balance the books to an extent but if he does improve like I think he will we'll probably make a profit.
I think with Martial, Rooney, Mkhitaryan (and if we get Pogba) this'll be the first season in a while that we can expect the midfield to contribute its fair share of goals.
Rashford has plaed in 21 games in his entire career. I like him but I don't think it works like that.
There will be more pressure and managers will start making DVD's looking at which way he shapes, what first touches he makes and so on.
Ibra is Ibra and Shevchenko was Shevchenko. I think he'll get goals but the Prem is a different animal.
Rooney who knows.
Because I fully suspect he'll improve even more with us and will go to Real or Barca in 3/4 years. Even if they pay us what we paid for him that will balance the books to an extent but if he does improve like I think he will we'll probably make a profit.

What we gain in terms of PR and hype with this deal makes up for a lot of the fee.
In the past few years we've dropped off the map in terms of being competitive and it has damaged the brand. We need to make a statement signing or two and that shows the world we can compete for the top players
We don't have an amazing beach or the world's most cosmopolitan city but we do have history and a huge wallet which is our best weapon.
Its either gonna be spent on a player like pogba or will sit in the Glazers account. I know which I prefer

I've seen the OP and a few other say they would prefer 3 good players instead of 1 top player.
But we already have a squad full of £30m players that are failing to make the desired impact... adding 3 more just bloats the squad.
I'd rather get some top class players in and hope they bring out the best in the good players we have... Like Herrera and MS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm not against the signing of Pogba either, what else is that money going to go on?
Unless it's servicing the debt, it will be on something as equally as ridiculous.
