I can't believe Spurs were really in for him but who knows? He would fit in well as a back up/competition for Eriksen and does give a goal threat.

I'm interested to see how he works out but I like what I've seen of him. Got a good touch, good movement and a fantastic spring. I like the fact he captained PSV at a young age as well.

The stories I heard were that we looked at him but felt the price was way too high. Good player but will need to show up a lot more to justify that kind of fee
