I think Liverpool could be the surprise team. Its well known, and it showed in the PL last season, that Klopp struggles when he has to manage players that he hasn't signed. Liverpool have splashed out more than anyone else so far this summer, so you'd think that they would have a massive improvement now the manager does actually have some of 'his own' players. Even more frightening is their prospects the season after next when he manages to rid the club of the sheit he inherited and finally has a team full of his own sheit.
I've been saying this since Koeman went there... Everton are my surprise team next season.
