its gonna be winger or striker

then defender

posted on 29/7/16

Probably.

We need (in order of priority) a striker, CB, back up DM, so Wenger will probably add another winger

The "reports" seem to be coming from an Algerian website called Le Buteu.

Have no idea if this is some creative journo or not. However it hasn't stopped the UK media jumping all over it.

Wenger has screwed up few transfers but he is not responsible for not signing more than half of the players on that articles.

Is it me, or do the media seem to have more pleasure in linking Arsenal to every player and his dog rather than other teams?

maybe due to the fact we lack few players for quite some time now so every available strikers and CB will always be linked to us (most of the time, agents will be using us to get better deal for their players)
Before it used to be the DM position.

A back up DM? We have Xhaka, Coquelin and Elneny who Wenger will deploy as the most defensive player.

Listen to the interview last night we buy only two players. In my view it will be Lacazette and a CB (hopefully not Mustafi).

posted on 29/7/16

I think Wenger has identified CB and Winger so he is progressing with those deals? search for Striker continues, saying that, Wenger is clever enough to pursue Lyon to sale Lacazzete for £33-35m not £40m which Lyon asking for.
