has he recovered from his broken leg yet
I certainly hope not but am concerned about his lack of game time, for a player who has missed as much match time as Britt I would have expected him to play more 90 minutes than he has in pre season.
Another question, has the embargo actually finished as we don't seem to be spending much, apart from Velios.
I think this 'takeover' dragging out for so long is really hampering us.
I'm sure Britt is part of Montanier's plans, pre-season was about him learning about the squad, and the young players, he probably already knew all about Britt.
Looks like we signing Kasami, he can score

The word on selling players is that anyone with a year left then we are open to offers, there was a suggestion that two of Hobbs, Mills and Mancienne will go.
Other than Norwich interest I have not read anything about Britt going. Even their fans have turned their attentions to McCormack as the deal appears to be a non starter for now

... Just a bit of banter lads as the season nears!
In answer to the question I would say I hope not. Without Britt we would definitely be relegation candidates. Assuming he is fit that is. If he manages to start 32-35 league games this season I would expect at least twelve goals from him. I can't see anyone else getting double figures.
I'm worried by the players we have coming in.
Some good players have left during the summer: Jokic, Gardner, Oliveira, Tesche. I worry that the ones coming in won't be the same quality.
Both Pearce and Freedman improved the squad with some quality loan and permanent signings. If PM's signings are not at least of the same quality we will be in trouble.
